Jahcob Aldana brings a unique blend of operational leadership, engineering passion, medical-field insight, and entrepreneurial instinct to his role as Chief Operating Officer. His appreciation for engineering and construction was shaped early in life, having been exposed to project environments at a young age while helping supervise his father’s work. His father, an experienced architectural designer and consultant for construction projects, became an early influence in developing Jahcob’s practical understanding of design, structure, and the discipline required to bring projects to life. This early foundation gave Jahcob a deep respect for the construction industry—not only as a business, but as a craft built on planning, safety, coordination, and execution. Over the years, he developed a strong operational mindset grounded in real-world exposure, making him well-positioned to help lead projects with both discipline and vision. What sets Jahcob apart is his strong background in the medical field, which gives him a valuable edge in areas such as occupational safety and health, risk awareness, compliance sensitivity, and people-centered operations. His understanding of health-related standards and safe working environments adds an important dimension to his leadership, especially in industries where operational excellence must go hand in hand with workforce well-being and site safety. In addition to his technical and operational strengths, Jahcob has long demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit. In his younger years, he helped build a clinic—an experience that sharpened his business acumen, resourcefulness, and ability to turn ideas into functioning enterprises. Victoria Aldana is the Chief Executive Officer of JuanBuilders Construction, the engineering and construction arm of Juanweb Business Consultancy, where she also serves as Founder and CEO. As a business leader with a multidisciplinary background spanning HR, operations, IT, business development, and entrepreneurial strategy, she brings a rare combination of corporate discipline and visionary leadership to the construction and engineering space. Under her leadership, JuanBuilders Construction reflects the same commitment to quality, service integration, and long-term value that defines Juanweb Business Consultancy as a whole. By positioning JuanBuilders as the engineering arm of the broader consultancy, Victoria has created a business model that allows clients to access not only construction and project-related services, but also the strategic, operational, and administrative support needed to execute projects more efficiently and sustainably. Victoria’s career is built on more than two decades of professional experience across HR leadership, IT service operations, finance-related functions, and business management. Her professional journey includes progressive leadership roles in recruitment, HR management, workforce operations, and consultancy, making her especially skilled in building organizations, leading teams, and driving performance.
